I recently spent a week at the Palazzo, and I must say it exceeded my high expectations in every regard. The self-check-in process was seamless, allowing me to settle in quickly and enjoy the comfortable room adorned with clean, snow-white bed linen. Not only was the air conditioning a welcome relief during the hotter days, but the hotel's prime location made it easy to explore local attractions like the Aquarium and the Old Port, all just a short walk away. A highlight of my stay was the attentive staff who helped me locate my lost necklace - their commitment to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. If you're looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service in an eco-friendly setting, I highly recommend the Palazzo.
